They have been super accommodating and kind every time I have gone in or tried to make an appointment! They also made sure to prioritize my treatment and run me through all of the steps I was going to need to I was always informed with what was going on!

Do not use this office. They are a scam. I have taken my child there 6 times with them doing NOTHING have never even met the Orthodontist!!!!! 2-3 appointments for them to take pictures and swirl a finger in his mouth. My family dentist told me that I need to go have a fixed retainer adjusted as it was loose, I called ahead, made the appointment and they said they were going to look at. A young "assistant" didn't even look in his mouth and kept saying his practice retainer for Invisalign was not supposed to stay in his mouth??? They didn't fix it. They are using appointments for insurance payments and leave you with 16 appointments to accomplish what is done in one at other locations. I think if you were a transfer from Grabowski your experience may be different. I was a new patient. This is a franchise- go local. UPDATE: Received a call 1 hour after this post by a woman who was not apologizing for my experience but wanted to debate how they bill. I think that in itself shows who they are.

Everyone is very nice. My daughter had her braces put on yesterday, and she was very nervous/anxious. The ladies that assisted her did great at keeping her calm, and letting her know it was going to be great, and she won't regret it. I recommend this business!!

I had a great experience at Portage Orthodontics getting my braces put on. The staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The whole process went smoothly, and the clinic was clean and professional. I’m really happy with my experience and excited for my treatment moving forward.

First off, can we please acknowledge how beautifully designed this place is, I mean it is a very uniquely organized and put together. The staff is amazing, from the moment you walk in to the techs and the doctor, and so on. What grabbed my attention is that on my second visit, because the first visit was just a consultation, but the moment I walked into the building I was greeted by name. I know it may sound strange to others but it's not too often when you go to a place as a new patient and before you even walk to the door they greet you by name, which makes you feel welcomed. My reason for going was to get braces, which I never knew or felt as if I needed it. Being a person who has never had this type of situation before , I mentioned to them that I was kind of nervous and doing this but they made me feel completely comfortable. Every step they made, every tool they use, she explained to me what was being done when doing it. I was so relaxed that I didn't even know that they were done when it was over. I was expecting a long and painful experience, but it wasn't at all. I highly recommend this place to anyone
